Never leave a burning candle unattended!

Burn well out of reach of children and pets!

Remove all packaging and labels before use!

Keep wick trimmed to 1 cm! Regularly trimming the wick reduces flame height and excess smoke! Any formation of carbon on the tip of the wick is generally referred to as "clubbing" due to its shape and should be removed!

Burn out of draughts! Burning candles in draughts will cause them to smoke which may cause smoke damage/sooting!

Keep away from other heat sources!

To prevent fading and dripping do not place candles in direct sunlight and other sources of heat such as TVs!

Keep burning candles away from flammable items such as curtains and fabrics!

To safely extinguish a candle, always use a snuffer!

Always leave at least 10cm between candles!

If placing under shelving ensure there is ample headroom!

Position candles correctly in an upright position!

Floral Rings are for decoration only – remove them before lighting candles!

Candle liquefies: burn in a suitable holder able to contain all the molten wax!

Place holder on a heat resistant surface!
